Feel as if I’m drinking a spiked thick “milkshakey” coffee. Super thick coffee and cream filled body with hints of chocolate and vanilla. Amazed that it’s 11.1%.

Boozy. Chocolate hint. Vanilla. Smooth and rich.

I'm missing the notes they describe, tastes too similar to KBS.

Not bad. .. decent amount of chocolate flavor. Did enjoy the bitterness a bit and the booziness

A cafe mocha in beer form. Not really my style of beer, it’s too coffee forward. But I’ll pick up another bottle if I can for Teresa, as she loves coffee beers.

Definitely chocolaty but with an odd boozy over all flavor. An enjoyable drink but it lacks the drop off malty end.

A little too thin for anything called imperial. Vanilla, chocolate and bourbon are equally present. Coffee is a little light. It’s like a session KBS.

Coffee, malt and boozy at the end. Another solid Founders brew.

Strong luscious 🍫 with ☕️ almost zero finish… yum but hoppy dry finish …that is yesterday situation

Coffee overpowers and dominates a brew with great potential.

Nice balance of flavors. Like the choice of brown ale vs stout

Coffee and vanilla smell. Sweet. Thick. Some bitter chocolate balances the sweetness. Like a tiramisu. Not too syrupy. A sipper for sure. Impressive 11% ABV.

Nose carries chocolate-covered marshmallow, graham cracker malt & bitter coffee. Upon first sip, my palate is hit by acidic, slightly sour/burnt coffee grounds, which are overtaken by dry cocoa powder, vanilla extract & heavy-handed bourbon. Unbalanced.
