Peach color. Sweet, tart,, notes. Bourbon is present, but not overpowering. Great balance. Light-bodied. Good finish.

Get bourbon, maple, and cherry on the nose. Strong sweet cherry upfront followed by bourbon and sweet maple that briefly overtakes the cherry. Cherry spikes again at the end with a light tart quality and also get some light oak/vanilla.

Not at all what I expected, but it's tasty. The bourbon is more of a smell than a taste, and the maple syrup taste comes through more. Surprisingly balanced, and not overpowering.
