Barrel-aged perfection…light cherry ale aged in oak barrels that held both maple syrup and bourbon. Great infusion!!! 😎🍒🍁🥃🍺🇺🇸

Similar to new glarus... Lovely execution and why don't more breweries make something like this? 2021 vintage (11.15.2021). Cherry pie filling and molasses. Sweet and thick, light wood tannin and oak and maple. Would go hard in autumn. Tasty fruit beer.

Charred bourbon soaked oak on the nose with a slightly tart aroma. Taste is different as I haven't had anything similar before. I like it. Taste is what cherry wood smells like. Smoky Oak. Bourbon. Vanilla. Tart Cherry. A bitter aftertaste.

Super zacht subtiel kersje, op bourbon gelagerd waardoor hij een heerlijke vanille alcoholische smaak krijgt. Barley achtig. Love it.
