Very cherry and lots of sweetness from the maple barrels

Top to bottom, 1 of 4. I had a pour of this beer a few years ago. Got it so Erin could try it out, and she really enjoyed it.

Aging this beer nearly 4 years really combined and mellowed the flavors together. No tart bite at all. Smooth finish.

This beers description is 100% accurate and even though I’m not A huge Cherry fan, this is definitely a new favorite of mine. Hoping they bring out as a year round release

2017. Tart, with nice barrel character. Light sweetness. Drinking fairly light

Finally get to try one of my white whale beers and was not disappointed! Sweet cherry that’s complemented well by the subtle bourbon barrel and maple. The bourbon and maple aren’t super prominent but they are there enough to elevate the beer.

Outstanding! Light cherry notes with bourbon and maple syrup. Easy drinking without being overly boozy. Warming and a great beer for fall.

Thanks Scott! Smells almost like regular bourbon now. Tastes kinda like watered down bourbon now
