Last night. First sip seemed sour, but definitely grew on me. Loved the cherry!

Really love this one. All notes are well balanced and separate. Will probably need to stock up on this one.

Peach color. Sweet, tart,, notes. Bourbon is present, but not overpowering. Great balance. Light-bodied. Good finish.

This a new taste and I love it. Cherry is not over powering but the maple syrup is slightly too much.

Love the tart cherry on the front end with the bourbon as a nice finish. Not overly boozy flavor.

Get bourbon, maple, and cherry on the nose. Strong sweet cherry upfront followed by bourbon and sweet maple that briefly overtakes the cherry. Cherry spikes again at the end with a light tart quality and also get some light oak/vanilla.

The 2021 is very balanced with lots of cherry and brown sugar on the front end with nice barrel notes to finish it off

Clear reddish amber color, off-white collar, soapy lacing, cherry and oak aroma and taste, vanilla notes, very smooth, light bourbon finish.
