Aroma is grapefruit with some faint malt. Taste pretty much follows. Almost like a lighter Red’s Rye with some faint chocolate up front.

Very nice , clean, sessional red ale with a little hops and malt on the backend . Love that ABV is 5.1% and great this in 15 packs !

Overall enjoyable, but just a bit too thin a body for the bitterness. I would disagree with the notion that the bitterness is a minimum.

Reminds me of an ESB. It has a lightly roasted malt with a hop finish. It’s thin, which you’d expect from a session.

I was hoping this would resemble Red’s Rye slightly. It didn’t. More like a Killian’s.
