Een complexe stout, kaneel, vanille en cacao. Maar ook een behoorlijke vleug cocos. Een vrij droge afdronk, ik vermoed door de kaneel.

Aroma has cinnamon. Taste cinnamon, dark coffee, vanilla, cocoa as promised. A bit spicy kind of coffee roastiness.

8-27-21 this was bottled (Dawns BDay ) making apple custard pies cause it’s time

Aged this bottle for about 2 years, not sure it mellowed much but still good. Lots of cinnamon on the nose, strong oakiness, finish with vanilla. A bit boozy. Overall very good for sipping on a rainy night near Acadia for our anniversary.
