I am actually liking the second bottle of this more than I did the first. The cocoa and coffee stand out a bit more, and the cinnamon is a little less overpowering. I think this beer might be even better with more aging. Cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa, coffee.

Nez café assez présent pour moi. En bouche, le café est au dessus du reste. Longueur sur le cacao, vanille, bourbon, un peu de cannelle. Grande longueur sur le café.

Stiekem wat meer van verwacht. Wat droppig en dun qua afdronk. Meer richting barley wine. Niet zo mijn ding.
