I am actually liking the second bottle of this more than I did the first. The cocoa and coffee stand out a bit more, and the cinnamon is a little less overpowering. I think this beer might be even better with more aging. Cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa, coffee.

Hell, I almost forgot to check this one. An interesting flavor combo. High octane but not overly boozy, and not overdone on the barrel aging. I dig it.

Delicious cinnamon and chocolate aromas. The taste is VERY strong cocoa with a bite of cinnamon and a creamy (vanilla) finish. Served in a tulip slightly warm this goes down VERY well but the high ABV makes this a “one or two” and that’s it.

This is a beautiful black sludge... Like drinking a Cinnamon Vanilla Chocolate bar, featuring a bourbon bite. Aces.
