Pretty good; smooth brown malt, caramel and vanilla, cherry and booze.

Liked it. Old school DIPA with a malty, bitter, resiny/dank profile.

#nobuyNovember #Stoutness . Perfect dessert beer, pretty much Blushing Monk and ST’s Choklat blended together; milk chocolate, raspberry purée; caramel; cocoa; espresso and roast. Sweet and malty.

Bottled January; this is the best year-round porter in the world, period.

Quite the RIS that holds its own for 9 years. Phenomenal.

60 Minute IPA

Clear straw; creamy head; fruity juicy - sweet grapefruit papaya; floral; generic citrus tropical cocktail smooth low bitterness; faint bready biscuit. Balanced.

Wood-Aged Bitches Brew

Let it warm up. Rich malts; honey; molasses; espresso. 2018 vintage.
