There is surely cinnamon and vanilla, but there is a slight metallic smell. I'll try another bottle in a different glass next time. It's pleasantly boozy.

Bottling date of 9.3.21. So nearly a year. Wanted to see how it would age. Did beautifully. Super smooth but flavor still potent. Lots of vanilla, cinnamon and cocoa. Brilliant lingering finish.

Typical Founders quality KBS varietal. Barrel aging front followed by cinnamon and vanilla. Light on the cocoa but outstanding as expected.

Absolutely fantastic. The pure chocolate cacao nibs hits you right in the nostrils. Next is the cinnamon vanilla spice combo. The coffee takes over at first sip and stays till the long aftertaste. Delicious

As comforting as wearing a snuggie next to a hot fire on the coldest winter night. Massive flavor, but not too sweet.

Cinnamon, coffee, vanilla, oak and chocolate notes. Full bodied with pronounced bitterness and delicate carbonation with a creamy feel and bitter, dry and mildly hot finish with a bit of spice. (See comments). Bottled 8/27/21.

Bitter sweet chocolate, vanilla and yes, cinnamon. And of course, the bourbon barrel aged flavors. Very good brew.
