A lot of flavours come together to make a great beer. The sweetness is up front but bourbon, cinnamon and vanilla do find their way to the taste buds . A nice smooth fluffy tasty brew.

Cellared beer time with this KBS varient bottled in August 2021. Smooth chocolate and vanilla and a cinnamon finish. Flavors really come out as it warms.

Bottled 03 Sept 2021. Flavors MUCH more balanced with aging. The cinnamon, vanilla and cocoa flavors are all there but are very well mixed together. It’s much better after aging over a year and a half. Alcohol is muted. It good.
