If you're looking for something different than your standard shelf turd Ba stout. I think it gets worse as it warms up but appreciate the effort from Founders to try and be relevant with BA stouts. I don't think KBS got worse...everyone else got better.

Would have probably been higher if I hadn’t just tasted the velvet rush

There’s a lot going on here. It’s full bodied & full of flavor. There’s alot of cinnamon and bourbon, with a hint of vanilla and chocolate. The cinnamon & bourbon is such a weird taste combination to me. I like the high ABV though.

The flavors don't really stand out as much as other beers with similar ingredients. Thick and heavy, a good winter to beer to fill you up. Can't go wrong.

Disappointing. KBS brand has officially been destroyed.

Didn't taste all the flavors listed, but was a good flavor profile nonetheless

Tastes like KBS with a little hint of cinnamon. Didn’t taste any vanilla.

Strong cinnamon notes, too much cinnamon in my mind. Subtle boozy Vanilla sweetness. Rich and smooth. Cinnamon is a bit much. Think if there was more creamy sweet vanilla, to it would balance it out.

Thin and weak on the cinnamon and vanilla but both are balanced. Just a bit thin and weak.

Good… if you like straight bourbon. Other flavors overpowered

Basically KBS. No vanilla and weak weak cinnamon. Barrel is there and the bitter chocolate.

Pretty drinkable for a 12% stout. The order of the flavors is completely backwards. Milk chocolate, followed by vanilla bean, with a touch of cinnamon. Does a decent job of adding these flavors without completely changing the flavor profile of KBS.
