Founders may not be what it used to be, but this series of beers is still fabulous. You can detect each adjunct: coffee softened by milk chocolate, the sweetness of vanilla, a light spicy note of cinnamon that blends with a dash of wood dipped in bourbon.

Big fan of the strong bourbon aroma. Vanilla shines thru with the cinnamon on the backend. Fan of heavy bourbon aging. Great way to close out 2023 Derby season.

Barrel-aged, roasty, vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa. Quite boozy in the end, but even that is oak flavoured. Strong mf.

Na een klinkende overwinning een heerlijk overwiningsbieetje. Vol vanille en cacao in de geur en ook in de smaak. Samen met koffie. Kaneel proef ik lichtjes. De BA niet overheersend. Lekker.
