That barrel aged oakiness is just as strong as ever, however I feel like it has become more dry and the coffee notes have faded since I last tried it; and they have been replaced with a more prevalent, dark, bitter-sweet chocolate taste.

Eh.... Not sure what they thinking with this one. Weirdly bitter, like they were confused how to pull off the espresso flavors. No bueno.

Great sweet dark roast coffee aroma. Big coffee flavor, which is well done but overwhelms the base KBS. Some booze and sweetness on the finish. I like coffee beers, but this is way too much coffee for me.

Första sippen var mest bara askkopp. Gillar verkligen KBS annars men den här kaffevarianten är mer kaffesump än lyxig kaffe med whiskey.

After the first sip the chocolate disappears and just bitter espresso is left.
