Stoutmas day 6 brings a Brown Ale that close to a stout. This BBA brown is delightful. A mix of flavors that can be enjoyed for minutes.

Very smooth slightly sweet coffee flavor with plenty of chocolate and vanilla flavor throughout. Not getting much barrel flavor. Very good brown ale.

Hvor Bottleshop klart ligger i cocktail-land er den her mere i Stout land med sin klare tørre kaffenoter. Stadig med en fantastisk dybde bagved. Brown ale, nok ikke helt men lækker øl i feltet mellem Brown ale Stout og cocktail. Dog ikke som Bottleshop

I honestly could not describe it any better than the details from Founders. Really nice and smooth and flavorful. Doesn’t taste like 11%…

The first few sips, I thought this was too roasty for me. But by sip four, I fell in love. It did become smooth and velvety.

Coffee is strong with this one ☕.. controlled sweetness that that hits at the end after the bitterness.. nice brew

Dufter af fad og vanilje. Virker tynd med fint skum. Er dog meget fyldig for en Brown ale og virkelig "velvet". Lækre noter af frisk ristet kaffe og vanilje. Dejlig lang eftersmag. En af de bedste Brown ales jeg længe har smagt!

En rigtig fin "lys øl". En rigtig lækker sødme som formentlig kommer af fadlagringen.

Decent overall but definite letdown on Founders scale. Vanilla & milk sugar both overdone, sweetness pushes the cocoa, Java & nutty notes around, & although initially muted per their usual ABV% heat comes rotating forward on finish. They make many better.

Tastes like a barrel aged milk stout. Just a hint of coffee and chocolate, but an easy drinker. Definitely tasty.
