cinnamon and toasty (autocorrect did that but also yes. meant roasty). could honestly use more chocolate to balance out. thicc bois wanted😂

Had weird off flavor that was akin to freezer burn…perhaps from the adjuncts? Not characteristic of a year old imperial that’s been kept aging at proper temperatures.

This is a choice for a chilly, wet evening. The cinnamon is front and center but does not overpower the chocolate and faint note of vanilla.

Fantastic brew - I’ve always been a fan of the KBS barrel aged series. Another year or two of aging would likely take this that extra step to let all of the flavor profiles come forward.
