Kept in the basement since 2021. Not too bad, mellowed out quite a bit. Cinnamon complements the chocolate nicely. Happy New Year! 🥳

Subtle nose. Still tasting well. No dominant flavor, blends nicely.

Not over powered by vanilla sweetness or booziness. Cinnamon heavy, strong and semi sweet.

Eclipse beer!! Had to have something dark yet tasty and filled with wonder like an eclipse. Ok, that was a bit much. Anyways, super tasty stout with nice spices and warmth from the bourbon barrels. After cellaring it for a couple of years it is fantastic!

Cinnamon is upfront in the nose and taste, mild vanilla bats second, mild cocoa finish. Thanks Ernie B.

4.1 pts. The regular is much better. Somewhat artificial notes. More roasty and not sweet/thick enough. Good up front but fades quick for 12%
