Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA (2023) Bailey

Amazing sipper. Starts with the nose. Anything more than sipping and it burns. The Utopias barrel is noticeable, along with intense, smooth hops. Incredibly balanced for such a high octane beer.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) Bailey

Subtle nose. Still tasting well. No dominant flavor, blends nicely.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) Bailey

Continues to drink well. Coffee nose, little carbonation, nice barrel finish.

Chocolate Cherry KBS Bailey

I like this more than I thought I would. Cherry is present, but not overpowering. Good chocolate and barrel finish.

Nemesis (2021) Bailey

This one continues to age nicely. Mellow with a nice hop bite at the end.

Outstanding. Age has brought out the best in this one. Nose, color, and taste all on point.

Always a nice treat, still holding up well after some years.

Aging seems to have really helped this one. Malt backbone with a nice hop bite.

World Wide Stout (2019) Bailey

Still too hot for my taste. Was hoping this would mellow out.

Barrel Runner (2018) Bailey

After 5 years, my last one of these. Definitely mellowed with age, but not terribly enjoyable.

Bottled 9/15/20. Strong bitterness that lasts until the next sip.

Aged nicely. May be a little thinner, but still great flavor.

This seems to just get better with age, starting to taste like a strong ale. Rum is barely noticeable now.

Smooth vanilla and barrel. Sweetness turns to a subtle bitter finish.
