Kept in the basement since 2021. Not too bad, mellowed out quite a bit. Cinnamon complements the chocolate nicely. Happy New Year! 🥳

Subtle nose. Still tasting well. No dominant flavor, blends nicely.

Not over powered by vanilla sweetness or booziness. Cinnamon heavy, strong and semi sweet.

Eclipse beer!! Had to have something dark yet tasty and filled with wonder like an eclipse. Ok, that was a bit much. Anyways, super tasty stout with nice spices and warmth from the bourbon barrels. After cellaring it for a couple of years it is fantastic!

Total had three varieties of KBS and no limits. Never have had this version, so I started with it. Watching “The Maid”. So glad I wasn’t short of funds at the liquor store.

Strong cocoa aroma. Strong cocoa start and melds into cinnamon. Slight vanilla finish. Booziness lingers. Solid, but want more vanilla.

Pretty tasty, heavy cinnamon forward. Has a cin toast crunch flavor. Could use a little more body

Wow... just a fantastic flavor... vanilla makes it so smooth and then the addition of cinnamon notes and barrel aged.. kudos
