Not over powered by vanilla sweetness or booziness. Cinnamon heavy, strong and semi sweet.

Smooth. Vanilla on the nose. Strong cinnamon finish. Held up well.

Got a little better with age. Cinnamon died down and the coffee settled.

Had a few sips and thought "perfect, the cinnamon died down a bit." Based on my last comment I am satisfied. Beer cat tax.

I cellared it, was to have it in October 23, and then forgot about it. 08.11.21 2207 6. Still very solid. Aged very well!

Eclipse beer!! Had to have something dark yet tasty and filled with wonder like an eclipse. Ok, that was a bit much. Anyways, super tasty stout with nice spices and warmth from the bourbon barrels. After cellaring it for a couple of years it is fantastic!
