Dug into the back tonight. Cellared 5 years and the fridge for the last year. More syrupy than I remember, not much coffee left. Pretty smooth though.

Still holding up very well! I like the 2015 better. But for 7 years, this is damn good

Even after 7 years, KBS was still wonderful. I know, the brewer says to drink it when released, but it was still smooth and mellow. It wasn't quite as strong in the flavor department as fresh, but still quite good

Still has a rich chocolate flavor up front, mild bourbon and coffee flavor on the back end. Probably held onto it a little too long 🤷♂️. Still very good though!

Really smooth. Lots of sticky bourbon. It's aged well after 7 years, although not as much coffee and chocolate now but more bourbon! Best before 23/03/2014

Rich, thick, lots of Chicago and coffee, notes of licorice. Alcoholic but not hot. Terrific.

Drinking in 2021, and this is amazing. Did a vertical of 2014 to 2020 and it's not even close. 14 is another level.

Damn this stuffs been in my fridge a long time. Still awesome. Sitting round looking at old pics reminiscing. Good beers, tears and great music. Can’t beat it. Life is great!

Lots of fudge. No coffee. Slight bourbon finish but not boozy. Pretty flat. Bottled 3/14/14.

Little oxidation but not bad at all for over 6 years old. Coffee and chocolate have gotten fudgy. Oaky in the background. Still quite nice.
