12% BBA Imperial Stout brewed with Hazelnut. This is very good! Another old friend, KBS, now adds Hazelnut to enhance the coffee notes, and it works! Now almost a dessert ale, it has the heavier body of a Stout, but not as heavy as a pastry. Decadent 🍻

Coffee, boozy nose. Rich, roasted malt forward. Smooth. Coffee, nutty, boozy flavor. Vanilla notes. Nutty, coffee finish. Great BA stout

What can I say.. Founders never lets me down. Chocolatey, hazel nutty but not overly so. Just darn delicious!

I am a bit biased because I love hazelnuts in mixed nuts or in beer recipes, but this one is the best of the best. Like a sorority suck off party, this one will leave copious nuts all over your eager tongue and down your eager throat. Oh hell yeah!

After the disappointing last variant i was slightly worried going into this, but my anxiety was highly unwarranted. Wonderful hazelnut integration. Compliments the base beer very well.

This is outstanding, hints of coffee ☕️, slight hazelnut finish, mouthfeel is great, nice alcohol burn 🔥! Delicious 😋!

Hazelnut and coffee up front with chocolate and bourbon bringing up the rear. Simply fantastic if you like those flavors

I often find myself conflicted with my rating scale. Big, syrupy, sweet stouts end up high on my ranks. While well-balanced, medium body beers are considered mediocre. This beer really falls between. It's not over-the-top but damn near perfect.

This blew me away. Tastes like a hazelnut coffee. Not heavy at all. Good coffee undertones.

Ever wanted to get drunk off of Nutella? This is one of the best KBS variants to date; might even be my favorite after CBS. The hazelnut pairs stupidly well with the chocolate and coffee. Can’t wait to see what they do next. #BeerForBreakfast
