Tastes more like a cherry liqueur to me. Would be a good base for a beer cocktail. It’s weird but I really like it.

It’s been so long since I had a fruit wood forgot it was barrel aged half off day

Ahhhh, the sweet sweet (expertly antagonistic combination of tart sour berries with the husky rasp of barreling) taste of homeownership. On draft at Kruse and Muer, try the fish!

So happy this is back. Like boozy cherry coke. Very tasty

Nose is very Shirley Temple cocktail. But thats where the similarity ends. Well sort of; The cherry is there, sweet in the front. Tangy like ginger ale. The maple bourbon barrel is subtle but loans a nice contrast from initial sweet to boozy close. Woody

Sweet but deep. Almost had a wine-like drink.

I thought perhaps this would be very similar to Troeg’s Mad Elf. But the only similarity, to me, is the cherry flavor. The surrounding flavors are different different (the maple syrup flavor, the ‘aged’ flavor) & the level of sweetness is lighter.

Cherry ale aged in oak barrels that have held both bourbon and maple syrup. Doesn’t come across as a barrel aged beer. Slightly sweet. Mildly fruity. Nice color.

Sorry not sure what folks see in this. Borders on a medicinal taste. Too much sweet and not enough tart remains from the cherries.

One of the seasonals that my brother-in-law Brew4Stew always sends my way from MI. 2022 version is another good year, like it's uniqueness. Smooth sweet maple cherry aged in oak with a hint of bourban & vanilla.

Cherry barley wine style. My wife and I liked it a lot.

Surprisingly nice. I don’t normally like fruit beer, but I guess you can improve anything with enough bourbon and maple syrup. I would definitely drink this again. Which is good, since I bought a four pack.

This one's right up my alley. I'd give it a big ol' 5, but David S. would give me shit. Cherry ale aged with male syrup and bourbon. Frikin A delicious.

Whoops, thought I was grabbing a stout. At least it's aged in Bourbon Barrels?
