Holding up well! This didn't have a lot of bourbon to start with but it's still there.

Bottled 1/14/2019. Age has served this well. Like a barrel aged dark cocoa milkshake. Which might be a tricky thing to pull off. There are some woody notes; the booze is muddled and the sweetness is muted. Amazing. I am sad that this is my last one.

Regular Founders Imp.Stout is already 5/5. This is ubelievably delicious and warming. Perfect ratio of thick roasty bourbon kick with mild dark chocolate taste. Pours black with a brown head. Too bad impoosibly hard to get Bottle Series.

Sadly last bottle but the weather called for it. Deceiving aroma leads to milk chocolate roast flavor. Fuck this beer is SMOOTH. Barely even felt it go down and now I've had too much to drink after 1 beer on a school night. THANKS OBAMA!!

After a 3-yr KBS 'vert? Don't mind if I do. I need to drink more Founders - despite their growth / sell out, still probably my favorite brewery for a variety of reasons.
