Ley Seca 02.11.23. Stout Day 2023! date on the bottle is 01.31.22, and I gotta tell ya tons of bourbon and wood! coffee is there but is quite faint. Booze warms me up this rainy night.

Happy Halloween! Followed a 2019 KBS with a 2022 KBS. Both were pretty good, but the 2019 seemed a bit watery. These seem to start breaking down after a year or so now…kind of like the Dragon’s Milk I’ve had the last few nights.

Doft av kaffe, mörk choklad och fatlagring från bourbonfaten. Fyllig och rostad munkänsla. Smak av kaffe med fatlagring vid sidan av. Något torr och rostad eftersmak med inslag av fatlagring.
