En chokladinfunderad kolsvart kaffe med en skvätt lagrad bourbon på fina 12%. Den får mig att vilja dra på flanellskjortan och skjuta stora djur i skogen och bara det säger ändå något. Den är helt enkelt jävligt bra! Frågan dock, blir det jägarexamen nu?

An absolutely sumptuous beer. So delicate in the mouth, you would never believe it was 12%. It starts with wonderful dark chocolate aromas and is backed up with a slight coffee flavour. Then the warmth of the bourbon barrel aging takes over. Excellent!

Bourbon. Coffee and vanilla. Nothing too overwhelming, well balanced. Satisfying alcohol warmth. Thick and creamy mouthfeel. Awesome stuff.

Bottled 3/1/22 . Enjoying a delicious brew to celebrate and in memory of the loss of a father figure to me. Get a lot of bourbon the chocolate is still present and nice hints of coffee. Always such an impressive beer and a great sipper. Cheers everyone!

Ley Seca 02.11.23. Stout Day 2023! date on the bottle is 01.31.22, and I gotta tell ya tons of bourbon and wood! coffee is there but is quite faint. Booze warms me up this rainy night.
