Wow. This one stood the test of time. Flavors are still on point. Barrel may have disappeared a bit, but the base beer flavors are all there

I was one of the few who loved this beer when it released, but, I feel like overtime it’s gotten too sweet.

Last time I had this it was a sickening sweet mess, age reduced the sweetness some, brought out some chocolate notes, better, but not for me still

Base stout is good. Overboard on the sweet blueberries.

Energy drink front end with a casual chocolate aftertaste. Mellowed out with aging.

Not sure how old this one is - 4 years? It was time! Playdoh on the nose and first sip, going into odd blueberry, which rounds out into actually a pleasant choco-berry palate. Good and bad here.

I should have opened this a couple years ago. Blueberry is still surprisingly prominent.

Barrel nose. Sweet & syrupy, chocolate, some berry. Strong.

Dark as night, oily and oily head, blueberries and bourbon nose, creamy, slow sweet start than a tart smack followed by blueberries, chocolate and raisins? Pretty pungent and the bite stays in the cheeks. Old 2018 bottle.

Back tapping from thanksgiving. This aged very well. Was too syrupy an sickeningly sweet blueberry flavor when fresh. Much more mellow and balanced but still a potent blue berry flavor.

Pulled a bottle out to see how it aged. Less blueberry acidity, but still not for me.

Vanilla has waned. Blueberry notes still evident. Would enjoy more without the fruit actually. Happy Birthday Erin!

Dried blueberry has given way to dark licorice. Not really a fan.
