P: dark brown, mod foam and retention. S: some cherry def in there but mostly roasty malts. Med bodied and light carbo. T: very nice! Cherry present but not overstated or sour, we’ll blended with choc/coffee forward. Light barrel. Good! Thanks Jacob!

Chocolate without being too sweet. Cherry is a hint and not overpowering. 12% is well hidden…smooth, rich bitter-chocolate finish…damn

Pretty good for a chilly night but not for eating a meal with. Lol Kinda like a dessert beer. I like a little more subtle in my flavors. Don’t want it to overpower a freshly nice beer. Just a bit to tart for me.

Just discovered this existed today. Been out of the beer game for awhile. I’m a Cherry Stout guy when done well. Taste more chocolate than cherry, but the cherry is definitely there. Its hard to beat out Bourbon County’s cherry stouts but I LOVE this one.

Cherry sweetness is in the background thx to good doses of bitter chocolate and a couple sips of coffee. Not the very best KBS iteration I’ve consumed, but a damn tasty 😴🧢 just the same. Easy and flavorful, even at the advertised 11.6% abv.

11.6% barrel aged stout. The color of chocolate syrup. Cherry scent and taste. The chocolate flavor and coffee notes hold it together. Dessert beer in the desert.

By far one of the best out of the KBS series I have had. Easily in my top 5 beers.
