Chocolate cordials mutes with warming bourbon, whiskey. Surprising how flat the flavor profile is overall. Thinner body easily releasing chocolate with subtle cherry syrup until a slick bourbon shows up. No tremendous evolution.

Everything was surprisingly muted here. Lack of barrel, minimal cherry (graciously), some mild milk chocolate notes, and a thin mouthfeel.

Nice thick tart chocolate malt charry tart and sweetness and warm and boozey great barrel aged stout sweet fins of the burbin

Zero cherry no more chocolate then the original. But still outstanding!

Strong coffee notes when cold, opens up to dark chocolate and ripe cherry when it warms.
