Big chocolate presence, but less dessert-like than I had anticipated. Well balanced roast/sweetness with a clean finish - not really syrupy at all, which I appreciate. Very smooth for a barrel aged imperial stout.

Rich, slightly chocolatey, delicious smell. Also a bit boozey. Happy Valentine's day❤️

Thick and strong as expected. I love stouts but not this heavy. The KBS was always too much and this one is too. Had to try it though.

It's different every time. Now I'm really getting the cherry with the chocolate. Maybe it's a breakfast beer.

Strong taste without cherry. Bottled 06/2022 so probably the reason for no cherry.

It's the Bourbon Barrel Aging that puts this Chocolate Cherry Brew over the Top so far Tonight. A Liquid Chocolate Cherry Kentucky Bourbon Ball. More Bourbon Flavor than Cherry, but Balanced well with the Chocolate.

I definitely smell the cherry. Don't really taste it though. That's OK. From there it's basically KBS which is just fine. Coffee, boozy, sweet.
