A little more bitter than the All Day West Coast, but not near as bitter as the All Day Grapefruit IPA. Still a Smooth tasting IPA.

All Day West Coast (2023) Veit

Smooth, Clean, & Refreshing. Not the Bitter IPA that I think most people associate an IPA to be.

A Bitter Beer indeed. Grapefruit aftertaste. Time to open some "All Day" cold ones. I'm bushed after trimming the Bushes at Home.

Chocolate Cherry KBS Veit

It's the Bourbon Barrel Aging that puts this Chocolate Cherry Brew over the Top so far Tonight. A Liquid Chocolate Cherry Kentucky Bourbon Ball. More Bourbon Flavor than Cherry, but Balanced well with the Chocolate.

Citrus Squall Veit

A Blast of Grapefruit Bitterness right up front with notes of Tequila & Lime that comes thru on the aftertaste. It really mellows out after that 1st sour bite & becomes a refreshing Citrus Crushable Ale.

French Toast Bastard (Barrel Aged Series 2022) Veit

Maple on the nose. And Wee-Heavy Maple throughout, right down to the bottom of the Snifter. Having my Breakfast for the Evening. A Toast to Kyle B. For this one.

Panther Cub (2021) Veit

Mostly Barrel Aged taste, with mild Maple coming thru, & mostly on the aftertaste. It is Sweet indeed.

Chasing my Cinco de Mayo meal down with Mas Agave. The Barrel-Aging seems to come out of this Bottle more then I remember from the Draft that I had back on 7/13/19.Either one Rates the Same in my Opinion. A Great Gose...OLE' Thanks Joe for this Brew.

From one Tagged Rich to another & from one Founder to another. The Maple Goodness rates this one over the Top of the Kentucky Breakfast Stout(KBS 2019), still having the Notes of Coffee & Chocolate.

Water, GermanBarley, GermanHops, to abide to the Purity Laws of 1516 in making this Marzen is commendable.But there is an odd aftertaste in this,I presume is from the Strain of the Lager Yeast that was used,leaves me going to another Brewers Oktoberfest
