Belgian Twist

Belgian Tripel

A Belgian Tripel…with a twist: this beautiful beverage is brewed with a substantial amount of Blue Agave nectar; heightening and highlighting the existing fruity notes and rounding out the sweet body of this golden straw-colored Tripel.

John .

Beautiful color. Smell is a classic triple. Taste is a lightly subdued Belgian tripel, but the agave isn't helping on the finish. Weird aftertaste there. Still not sorry I opened it.

Release #3. Sweeter than I prefer. Head doesn't last. But, it's a Founder's!! Desc: Brewed with a substantial amount of Blue Agave nectar; highlights the existing fruity notes and rounding out the sweet body of this golden straw-colored Tripel.

I have no strong feelings one way or the other. A decent Tripel with a little more prominent botanicals

Blue Agave nectar is certaily an interesting twist in a Belgian Tripel. Its tart. I can't decide if I like it or not.

Pretty standard tripel. Foamed up on first open. Yeast a bit more prominent as it warmed.

Good use of blue guava nectar. Very sweet. Belgian flavor very strong.

Does NOT feel like 10% ABV. Feels like a light 4% pale—Crazy. As far as flavor, pretty on par with other American tripels I’ve tried. Good, but not quite as good as the real thing.
