Really reminiscent of Victory's Golden Monkey, but a little more subtle.

This is perhaps the finest use of Belgian yeast I have ever experienced. Sweet, floral, citrus. It has it all.

Really good tripel. Not sure the agave is contributing anything. Maybe a hint of citrus.

Nice sweetness with some Belgian characteristic’s. Solid beer but for the style falls a little short. Definitely drink again. High 3.5 - 3.75

Pleasant floral fruity aromas with banana aroma notes. Medium to heavy body. Smooth. Strong Belgiany flavors with a sweet fruity character throughout. Strong fruity flavors of banana and floral characters. Some boozy flavor notes.

I love Belgians, and this tripel with agave is definitely a flavorful twist.

The blue agave doesn’t contribute as much as I feel it should. Otherwise a great Belgian.
