Green apple tart with sweet base. Light to moderate tart. Somewhat cloying

The pour is clear, orange-gold with white head. Nose of salt and sour funk. Lighter carbonation against a very sharp body. There’s some watermelon sweetness against sour tones, with sea salt coming through on the finish. A superb gose every year.
