Tastes like someone put a shot of whiskey in my märzen then soaked some sourdough in it.

A little oaky, but not overly sweet or heavy. Not hot and drinking smooth for a July bottling at 10%. Reminiscent of Avery The Kaiser.

Bourbon, molasses, and caramel. A nice marzen backbone to a well-aged brew.

Definitely get the bourbon, but it overpowers the classic marzen flavor a little bit

All bourbon, little marzen. Tastes like watered down bourbon.

Perfect amount of bourbon. Depth and the touch of bourbon puts it into a great place.

Cleaning product and stave. Unbelievably thin for the style and abv.

They barrel-aged a marzen! Thanks, Founders. We don’t deserve you. Lots of bourbon.

Founders does it again! I drank this before chilling- I think it will be even better slightly cold

A 10% barrel aged Oktoberfest?!?! It’s a bit boozy but what did I expect? Good flavor though. Creeps up on ya.

Barrel adds to the depth and cuts a bit of the normal sweetness of an Oktoberfest. Tasty
