Splitting this with J L. First time having a BBA Octoberfest. Definitely timely tasting the bourbon on top of the malty Octoberfest. Pretty smooth and tasty. 🤘🏻🍻🤘🏻

I like it and there is a huge bourbon, oaky, sweet and smoky thing going on here. However there is not quite enough of the malty Carmel that I’m looking for in an Oktoberfest

I am a little unclear on how a10% beer is an Octoberfest. Without a doubt the booziest Marzen.

I'm not sure what I am drinking. nose is a little sweet and bready. but then taste is like a kind of boozy biscuity bourbon with a bite. yet it comes in a beer bottle. oddly enough I think I like it. will update after another one or two.

Interesting. Lots of flavors from the wood and bourbon. It gives it a richness kind of like a dessert on top of the sweet marzen character.

Good caramel color, nose and palate have a lot of bourbon to them. Has maltiness, good flavor, although not sure I get a true Oktoberfest taste behind this one. Definitely boozy and good though.
