Not a 5 star by taste alone… but if I had only 2 beers I could choose from for the rest of my life, this is definitely one of the two, Bell’s “This one goes to 11” being the other. Not all 5 star beers can be enjoyed a lifetime… this one can.

The concept is interesting but I am not a fan. Agree with a thunder it is boozy. The octoberfest flavors get completely lost in this. It’s just an odd pairing all around. I’m close to going below 3 because I would not drink it again. #Friendsgiving

Bourbon flavor in a marzen is unique but I don't hate it. Rich, very boozy, but addicting. Cheers to 7000!

New this year, Aged Oktoberfest in Bourbon Barrels for several months. And I would say to mixed results. The bourbon flavors really do come through, but over an otherwise thin and not particularly malty Oktoberfest base.

Found this while shopping for Christmas Ales. Love the taste of a good Oktoberfest, and this one has a very strong taste of bourbon. Thanks for a great beer!!!

Amazing smooth, rich and consistent taste from this Oktoberfest! You could expect a 10% Marzen to taste boozy but this does not; Delicious!

I wondered why it tasted like no marzen I’ve had. Aged. It was interesting in a good way.
