Inexplicably not rated before today. Xmas beer party as good as any. Even nicknamed my car after it. It’s great, the end.

Porter with vanilla extract & maple syrup aged in bourbon barrels. Good amount of vanilla and earthy barrel.

Che lusso: vaniglia, bourbon, mirtilli sotto spirito... In bocca seta, morbidissimo, caldo, ripresenta gli stessi sapori.

Bottled in February 2021 and has held up great. Smooth barrel aged porter with slightly sweet maple and vanilla flavor.

Where other dark barrel-aged beers blow out your palate with harsh boozy alcohol flavors or devolve into vague nuttiness, Panther Cub takes an early off-ramp into smooth Mapleville. Reminds me of light maple and chocolate dessert cake. Thanks Brian!
