Sweet than I'd like, but still enjoyable. Lots of vanilla, some barrel and char at end.

Maple and roast nose with a sweet barrel finish. Enjoying the way this evolves in the glass.

2021 edition at 9.2% ABV. Nestled between KBS and CBS on my all time favorites list.

Love that this is only 8.7% ABV. Big oak and then dry maple and vanilla. Better than anticipated for the nearing two year mark.

It’s fallen off which is my fault. Barrel is prominent. Smoky quality. Coffee roast. Light chocolate.
