Founders did it again this year. Great stout. Just like eating Mackinac fudge, I would imagine. Smells delicious too. Not too sweet.

Don’t drink a lot of shelf beers because I’m a snobby SOB, but the aroma of this beer is off the charts. Like a bowl of coffee/vanilla swirl ice cream with chocolate syrup.

Quite good. Tasty. It's a roasty brew due to the coffee added, but the maple cuts in there with a faint richness/sweetness. Tons of pure cocoa/dark chocolate. I don't get much barrel/oak at all. If anything, slight char. Long cocoa/coffee faint maple.

Overall just a better KBS than the regular these days. Nose is coffee, barrel and chocolate and the taste follows for the most part. Little sweetness from the maple. Really nice.
