Not for me but is everything as advertised-smells like french toast, has syrupy notes to it. Does not pair well with pizza but would be a great winter warmer.

Okay this is more like it, after aging it for damn near a fricken' year! Seems unnecessary but it's the only way to enjoy it.

Been sitting on a couple of these for a year but saw they are releasing them again so decided to have one. Vanilla, cinnamon and plenty of sweet maple syrup flavor. 11.1% ABV is well hidden. Really good on this cool late summer night.

Tastes like vanilla cinnamon Maple profaned by horrible oak! I wish I could get it unoaked!

Clear dark brown color,creamy off white head,sweet maple,bread aroma,medium body. Maple but not overly sweet, with a bready flavor following up. Has a drier slight nutmeg,cinnamon finish. The barrel warmth is just floating around in background

Still a little heat, even after sitting in the cellar for a year. Maple/cinnamon still present. Keeping my last bottle to do a side by side with this year’s version.

Backwoods meets Breakfast. Maple goodness added to Backwoods. Fantastic. Headache inducer but worth it.
