Dark. Opaque. Sweet, coffee nose. Complex flavor profile. Coffee. Bitter chocolate. Touch of vanilla. Full body. Roasty, bitter finish.

Ofdly this is a beer that I have put on the back-burner for years. I always said I would get to it but would drink something else. Finally had it and could have kept picking something else lol. Bitter, thin, hit of coffee and chocolate.

Also tasted it half and half with Rubaeus. Okay but not something I would order a full glass of.

Lands a bit flat for me for an 8% beer. I'd go for something lighter and more sessionable, or something barrel aged and more punchy.

It’s ok. I wish it had more chocolate flavor. Great coffee flavor though.

Coffee smell. Dark chocolate color. Oatmeal and coffee on the front with coffee strong on the finish.
