Good stout with a smooth, but strong profile with notes of coffee, oatmeal, and chocolate.

LCI. It’s what it says it is but not a particularly great rendition. More like a 3.8 but feeling generous. Maybe it’s not just the bottle art that got bland.

Dark chocolate, & coffee. Mouthfeel isn’t real soft but not bad. Little extra roasted notes in the finish. 👍🏻

Full, oatmeal flake body without being rich and heavy. Strong coffee notes, a bit of chocolate in the linger. Very smooth and dry. Not quite breakfast but great for a second "coffee" of the day!

What can I say, it’s a Founders. Deep thick coffee with a chocolate accent, good mouthcoating/linger, great nose. And, yes, a thoroughly enjoyable stout!

Smelled much better then it tasted. Thin, bitter, shitty oatmeal stout. I feel an oatmeal stout is a waste of life and a way to rip money from consumers pockets by offering a dark beer year round. Absolute shit, but most oatmeal stouts are.

Viel Kaffee, ein wenig Schokolade, kräftig. Trotz 8,3% Alkohol schmeckt es nicht fuselig. Für mal richtig gut.

Really good. OMG it’s dark, even the foam is dark. Rich. Chewey. Strong. Full flavor throughout. For proper enjoyment I would need be sitting at a fire, with snow on the ground, and nowhere to go.
