Centennial IPA

IPA - American

Get ready to bask in the glory of the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the citrus accents from the abundance of dry hopping. This one’s sweet, yet balanced. Malty undertones shake hands with the hop character for a finish that never turns too bitter.

Good IPA. A little bitter for me but not overwhelming and still drinkable.

Moderately present in the body, with notes of citrus and a bit of dankness that isn’t overpowering. Finish is bitter, but develops to become sweet after a bit. Solid warm weather IPA

So good. Hops that aren’t afraid to announce themselves. Consistently pleasurable with enough ABV to be interesting but not annoying.

Sticky, malty, old school AIPA goodness. Founders keeps getting bigger, but you don’t mind, cause they always maintain their quality.

The first whiff was pinecone, but that dissipated into a good deal of malty sweetness. Beautiful pale amber color (SRM=8?). A whole lot of pine tar bitterness, but with enough malt backbone to offset it enough for me to appreciate it. Excellent WCIPA.

Malty and hoppy. Centennial hops had a great robust flavor. Not ideal for a hot day. Will be really good in the fall.
