Smell is quite malty, notes of black licorice, brown bread, slight hops. Malty upfront, with that brown bread followed by a subtle notes of raisin and dried fruit (plum?), with a woody, almost slightly smoky finish. Quite dry. Most complex scotch thus far

Scotch Ale Humo, turbo y tofe Demasiada malta. 7 variedades. 8.5% para servir a 10-14°C 8.5% Fuerte, para platos aromáticos.

I'm loving this sneaky Scottish malt that squeezes in an 8.5% but you don't care.... Robust maltiness that satisfies!! Bring me another!! 😋

This bottle is extremely unpleasant. It's getting a little better as it warms up, but it still tastes like industrial adhesive.

Drinking it because it was in my fridge, and has a high ABV. Not because it tastes so great.

Tomada em 09/2018. Licorosa, aquecimento do álcool presente sem agredir, ameixa, calda doce, um tanto amargo, ótima representante do estilo.

It's hard to find a great scotch ale, but when you do... it tastes like this one. It's Luke having a pint of Bass and a dram of Balvenie at the same time.
