Double chocolate coffee oatmeal. Deep rich flavour. Sweet malty smell. Liquorice / zoethout. Nice!

Nice vintage treat! Pitch black with a 1 finger brown head. Aroma coffee, vanill, roast and light smoky. Creamy mouthfeel. Flavor coffee, cacao, roast, vanilla, bitter building up towards the finish. Good!!

Oatmeal and coffee aroma with a slight coffee middle and chocolatey rich finish, so smooth, Founders doesn’t disappoint! Started my day off right, thanks Dan P.

This is one of my favorite stouts. Unfortunately 3 years is too long to hold it. My last one! Coffee n chocolate have faded. Still not bad.

Had this cellared from before their racism lawsuit. Ill never buy them again. Nose is deep cocoa. Flavor is bitter chocolate with just a hint of the oxidized coffee, the cocoa still makes it a nice beer. Too bad Founders sucks.

Bottled 25/07/18: aroma is obvious to dark chocolate, minimal fizz maximum milky bitter chocolate mouth, thick & rich with a malty chocolate finish. Residue is bitter chocolate - I like it, but you may not if you don’t like chocolate!

Mmmmm... Coffee ☕️ Beautifully well balanced breakfast stout. Roasted coffee flavours dominate with hints of chocolate. Smooth, dark and delicious 😋
