Nice, craggy dark tan head. Cinnamon on nose. Coffee notes up front, burnt sugar, and sweet dark fruit on the finish.

Legendaarinen KBS löytyi vihdoin! Tämä on todella jykevää tekoa: kahvia, paahteista mallasta, bourbonmaista makeaa viinaisuutta ja mausteisuutta. Suklaata ei pahemmin löydy, paitsi tuoksusta. Hieman viinaisa ja snadisti pistävä.

Least impressive batch I’ve ever had. And I hate the new label. Why change? Lighter almost like this beer was rushed. Very little barrel notes. Back to Barreled Souls.

Was underwhelmed by Founders until I tasted KBS. Smooth, sweet, Bourbon subtly in the background.

Now that it is massed produced, lost a step like Aaron Rogers. Still top of its class, just no longer mysterious.

nice flavor for a high octane stout. Too often it's all alcohol and sweetness, but this is those AND good.
