Intense strong tastes of chocolate and coffee. Incredibly strong flavours but very smooth. Obviously strong @ 12.2% but all the taste is the outstanding flavours. No bitterness. WOW.

Present but mild coffee bitterness. Sweet milk chocolate. Smooth creamy feel.

Perfectemento, heerlijk biertje en een hele mond vol. Chocolade en koffie heel subtiel en dan ook nog de bourbon. Hou zelf iets meer van de romige varianten maar erg lekker!

The absolute benchmark for a bourbon barrel stout, and a true treat. Can’t have more than one of these, but the intense chocolate profile on top of deep coffee and caramel notes are second to none, although it runs a tad sweet.

Lots of oomph. 9/10 on the hairy scale. Pleasantly ashy and full of coffee goodness. Hints of chocolate peeking out from the coffee. This is a big boy stout. Guinness drinkers stay away!!
