2019 KBS here, delicious! Really chocolatey, wouldn't know it's 12.2%. Mandatory expensive Xmas beer.

Coffee flavor might be overdone by the booze flavor but it is a deliciously smooth beer for a 12% well done. Great to sip on.

BS Day 2. Intoxicating deep chocolate aroma. Coffee in handfuls too. Well melded flavors with great backbone of heavy malt. Mild added sweetness vs. base BS. Bitterness hidden by this. Bourbon warming is there too. The king / original remains good!

Tastes a little off, but still a good beer. Not top 50 good, but better than the Sam Adams I had to drink earlier this week.

Nice and smooth for a 12 banger. A little roasted peanut coffee is what I’m picking up, but more subtle than the Espresso variant. This is outstanding. Hides the booze well.

Dit is mooi. Amerikaans qua zoetheid/stroperigheid vs zuur. Smaak gelaagdheid en heel mooi. Complex. Maple, koffie, gebrande bitterheid. Heerlijk
